Agreement
These terms govern your use of HoodPad at pad.hoodscan.ai and its subpages. By using the interface you accept them. If you don't, don't use it. We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
What HoodPad is
HoodPad is a web interface to a set of immutable smart contracts on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663). The contracts create tokens and their Uniswap V3 pools. We publish the interface; the contracts run on a public blockchain and do not belong to us once deployed.
The interface is a convenience. Everything it does can be done by calling the contracts directly, and every coin launched here keeps trading on Uniswap whether this site exists or not.
We never hold your assets
HoodPad is non-custodial. We do not take custody of your ETH, your tokens, or your keys, and we cannot move, freeze, or recover them. Your wallet signs every transaction. Liquidity sits in Uniswap pools, not in our contracts' discretion — the launchpad has no function that withdraws it. We have no ability to reverse a transaction you sign.
Your wallet is your responsibility
There are no accounts here and no passwords. Your wallet is your identity. If you lose your keys, share them, approve a malicious contract, or sign something you didn't understand, we cannot help you and the loss is yours. Never share a private key or seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to be us.
Transactions are final
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Prices move between the moment you see a quote and the moment your transaction is mined. Transactions can fail, revert, or be reordered by others, and you may still pay gas when they do. You are responsible for what you sign, including slippage and the price you receive.
Coins here are unvetted
Anyone can launch a coin. We do not review, endorse, or vet coins, creators, names, images, links, or descriptions. A coin appearing on this site is not a recommendation and implies nothing about it. Names and logos can imitate real projects; creators can abandon a coin, sell their entire holding, or lie about their intentions.
The contracts prevent specific things — nobody can withdraw the liquidity, mint more supply, or freeze trading. They do not prevent a creator from selling, and they cannot make a coin worth anything. Assume any coin may go to zero.
Fees
Launching costs a flat fee, shown in the interface before you sign. Trading incurs the pool's 1% Uniswap fee, of which creators take 90% and we take 10%. The split for a coin is fixed when that coin launches and cannot be changed afterwards. Network gas is separate and goes to the chain, not to us. Taxes are your responsibility.
What we can and cannot do
The launchpad contract has an owner. It can change where our own fee share is sent, lower the launch fee, change the fee split for coins launched in future, pause new launches, and reassign a coin's creator fee recipient for Community Take-Overs (when an abandoned coin is revived by a new team). It cannot withdraw liquidity, mint, pause or block trading, blacklist, touch any holder's tokens, or change the fee split of a coin that already launched. The Community Take-Over power moves only who receives the creator fee stream and never anything a holder relies on; every use is a public on-chain event.
We can change or withdraw this website at any time. That does not affect any coin: they live on Uniswap and remain tradeable without us. The exact powers are listed in the docs and are checkable in the verified contract source.
Acceptable use
Don't use HoodPad to break the law, launder money, evade sanctions, impersonate others, infringe someone's trademarks or copyright, or upload content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual involving minors. Don't attack the site or the contracts, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or attempt to interfere with anyone else's use of it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including sanctions.
Content you submit
Coin names, tickers, descriptions, links and images you submit are published on a public blockchain and on this site. You are responsible for them, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you grant us permission to display them. Metadata written on-chain cannot be deleted by us or by you. We may decline to display content on this website; that does not remove it from the blockchain.
Third parties
HoodPad relies on things we don't operate: Robinhood Chain, Uniswap V3, wallet software, RPC providers, block explorers and hosting. Outages, bugs or changes in any of them can break the interface or your transaction. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours.
Availability
The interface is provided as-is and may be unavailable, incomplete, or wrong at any moment. Prices, charts, balances and fee figures shown here are indicative and can lag or err — the blockchain is the source of truth. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it without notice.
No warranty
Use of this interface is at your own risk. No warranty is offered, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or the contracts are free of defects, that they will meet your needs, or that access will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
The author accepts no liability for losses from failed transactions, smart-contract defects, network congestion, price movement, or any other cause connected to this site or the protocols it surfaces. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of HoodPad — whether or not we were advised such losses were possible.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of HoodPad, the coins or content you launch or submit, or your breach of these terms or of any law.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. We are not your broker, your adviser, or your fiduciary. Do your own research and only risk what you can afford to lose entirely.
General
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the interface.
